Farewell to the Yorkshire Terrier MCW Metrobus

Yorkshire Terrier, now part of the Stagecoach empire, is to withdraw the last of their MCW Metrobuses in the next few days. The company bought them from Travel West Midlands around 5 years ago to replace older similar vehicles. They were used on a variety of normal services and school work, later being demoted to one school service and a works service. The buses work from Holbrook depot and are due to be withdrawn when the current contracts expire in late March and will be scrapped shortly after this.
